NØRM — Terms of Service & Event Entry Policy

By purchasing a ticket, registering for guest access, or attending any event organised, hosted, or promoted by NØRM (“the Organisers”), you agree to the following Terms of Service and Event Entry Policy.


1. Public Event Disclaimer

All events organised or promoted by NØRM are public entertainment events. Entry to the venue constitutes acknowledgement that the attendee is voluntarily participating in a public gathering.

The Organisers do not endorse, permit, or facilitate any illegal activities at the event. All attendees are required to comply with applicable local laws, venue regulations, and security procedures at all times.


2. Prohibited Items & Illegal Activities

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited at all NØRM events:

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics

  • Controlled substances without valid prescription

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Any item prohibited by local law or venue management

  • Any behaviour that violates public safety regulations

Any attendee found carrying prohibited items, engaging in illegal conduct, or violating venue policies may be:

  • Denied entry

  • Removed from the venue

  • Reported to the relevant authorities


3. Security & Frisking

For the safety and security of all attendees, security screening and frisking may be conducted at the venue entrance and inside the venue premises.

By entering the event, attendees consent to reasonable security checks conducted by authorised security personnel.

Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denial of entry without refund.


4. Personal Responsibility & Liability

Each attendee is solely responsible for their own conduct, possessions, and actions during the event.

The Organisers shall not be held liable for:

  • Illegal activities carried out by attendees

  • Possession of prohibited substances by attendees

  • Actions taken by law enforcement authorities

  • Personal injury resulting from attendee misconduct

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Any individual found violating laws or regulations will be personally liable for their actions, and the Organisers assume no responsibility for such violations.


5. Cooperation with Authorities

The Organisers reserve the right to contact, notify, or cooperate with local law enforcement or authorities in the event of suspected illegal activity, safety violations, or criminal conduct.

Attendees acknowledge that enforcement actions taken by authorities are outside the control and responsibility of the Organisers.


6. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees

The Organisers reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any individual

  • Remove individuals from the venue

  • Cancel or revoke access to the event

This may occur in situations including but not limited to:

  • Violation of event policies

  • Unsafe behaviour

  • Harassment or misconduct

  • Possession of prohibited items

  • Failure to comply with security procedures

Such actions may be taken without refund where applicable.


7. Assumption of Risk

Attendees acknowledge that participation in crowded public events may involve certain risks including but not limited to:

  • Loud music and high sound levels

  • Strobe lighting and visual effects

  • Physical crowd movement

  • Environmental conditions common to live events

By attending the event, participants voluntarily assume responsibility for their own safety.


8. Ticketing & Third-Party Ticket Platforms

Tickets for NØRM events may be purchased through third-party ticketing platforms such as BookMyShow, District, Skillbox, or other authorised ticketing partners.

By purchasing tickets through such platforms, attendees agree that the respective ticketing partner’s Terms and Conditions, refund policies, and ticketing policies also apply and must be adhered to.

NØRM is not responsible for disputes arising from ticket purchases conducted through third-party ticketing platforms, which remain subject to the policies of the respective ticketing provider.

9. Access & Entry Conditions

Entry to the event is strictly controlled and will only be granted to individuals who meet one of the following conditions:

  • Listed on the official guest list
  • Invited directly by the Organisers (including via direct messages or in-person invitations)
  • Hold a valid physical (offline) pass issued by the Organisers (one pass admits one individual only)
  • Hold a valid ticket purchased through authorised platforms such as Skillbox, BookMyShow, District.

All attendees must present valid proof of access at entry.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify identity and authenticity of passes or tickets. Entry may be denied in cases of duplication, misuse, or unauthorised transfer.


10. Changes to Event

The Organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event schedule

  • Artist lineup

  • Venue arrangements

  • Event timing

Such changes may occur due to operational, regulatory, safety, or logistical requirements.


11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets, registering for guest lists, or entering the venue, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event and possible legal consequences.
